Returns & Exchanges
At Jones Soda Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, carefully check your soda bottles and packaging for any signs of leakage, breakage, or order inaccuracies.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If your order is damaged, email our team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and shipping box.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once our team reviews your claim, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or approve a direct replacement at no extra cost.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either ship out a fresh batch of your favorite flavors or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
